Do your self-storage locations provide outside storage?

  • Yes, we offer outside storage to any customer in need of it.

Do I need insurance?

  • Insurance is important for everyone to have. If there is a natural disaster such a tornado, it will help provide coverage for your property. This can also be purchased through homeowners or renters insurance. Contact your agent to learn more about your specific coverage, or call us today for more information!

What items cannot be stored?

  • We pride ourselves on providing superior storage services to our community, but no hazardous chemicals or illegal items can we stored with us. Other than that… we can store whatever you need us to!

What are the hours of operation/access?

  • We are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week; however, you can make an appointment outside of our regular hours if needed.

Do your self-storage locations supply locks?

  • Yes, we provide locks and boxes to any customer. You are free to bring your own packing supplies, but we do supply those as well.

Do your self-storage locations offer truck rentals?

  • That is something we are working on. In the near future, we will have trailer rentals… shoot us an email or give us a call to inquire further.

Do your self-storage locations provide pest control?

  • Yes, we provide pest control to any storage unit.

Do I have to rent a unit for multiple months?

  • We offer three month, six month or one year contracts.

Do your self-storage locations accept deliveries?

  • Yes, as long as the customer is here to accept the delivery.

How new are the units?

  • Brand new. We recently completely construction in 2016. We’re sure these are the nicest units you’ll find in Columbia, Missouri.

Are these storage units climate controlled?

  • Our units do not have air conditioning or heating.

What security measures do you take to protect my items?

  • Our facility is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance, perimeter fencing, ADT Security and LED lighting.

What size storage units do you offer?

  • We offer 10 X 10 units and 10 X 20 units.

How much does it cost to rent a unit?

  • Call for latest pricing.

How much does it cost to store my RV or Boat?

  • Call for latest pricing.
